  • What if I need help with my rock tumbler?
    At TumblerDirect, we are able to provide you with help you with any needs that concerns your Rock Tumbler. Please email rocktumblers.co.nz@gmail.com, if you have any general queries or questions.
  • Do you sell replacement parts?
    If you ever need a replacement part, we can contact our associate brands and order needed part.
  • Where are you based?
    We're based in the North Shore, Auckland.
  • How long should I expect for my rock tumbler to arrive.
    All products that are instock will be shipped from our Auckland warehouse straight to your door step. Orders are all shipped through courier by New Zealand Post, you should generally expect arrival between 2-5 business days. All orders that are on preorder will be shipped from our distribution network from the US straight to your door, within 7-28 business days.
  • Do you have a trademe store?
    We're able to be found on TradeMe, where you are able to pay with Ping. We have a 100% positive feedback over 5000 trades on our account, Aucklander.nz. On our website we're able to provide you with our lowest prices possible.
