Shipping Policy

All products that are instock will be shipped from our Auckland warehouse straight to your door step. Orders are all shipped through courier by New Zealand Post, you should generally expect arrival between 2-5 business days.
All orders that are on preorder will be shipped from our distribution network from the US straight to your door, with a ETA of 7-14 business days. Preorders if unable to be fulfilled within 2 days of ordering with be refunded immediately

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy as outlined below:

Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase - a restocking charge of $20 will be charged and all applicable return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, we may charge for any applicable shipping costs regarding the matter.
